But it has slight conceptual differences: Advantages of jEph - While other syntax highlighting scripts define their own format for highlighting specifications, jEph uses the syntax files from jEdit. A XSLT stylesheet converts jEdit's XML files into PHP classes containing the commands needed to highlight a text of a specific language. - jEph caches the generated files and highlighting output (above a given size).
